Wrenchly terms of use
These terms apply to the Wrenchly app, published by Puche Labs (trade name of Manuel David Puche Donado, Colombia). By using the app you accept them. The terms of Google Play or the App Store also apply to your download and purchases.
1. The app
Wrenchly helps you keep a maintenance log and reminders for your vehicles. The free version includes ads and some limits; Wrenchly Pro removes ads and unlocks extra features, as described in the app.
2. Maintenance information is a guide
Service intervals, explanations, inspection rules and estimated mileage in Wrenchly are general guidance. They do not replace your owner's manual, your mechanic or the official rules in your country or state. Always check them. You remain responsible for maintaining your vehicle and meeting legal deadlines.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
- Wrenchly Pro is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase or as an annual subscription, at the prices shown in the store.
- The annual subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies.
- If your subscription ends, your data is kept and stays visible; only Pro features stop.
4. Your data
Your records are stored on your device. You are responsible for making backups; if you lose or reset your device without a backup, we cannot recover your data. See the privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. Reports you generate (such as the sale report) must reflect real records.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or decisions taken based on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Questions: support@puchelabs.com.
